Tom Sparks acquired We Get Around Network via WGAN Holdings Inc. effective January 1, 2026, and serves as Publisher and Managing Editor. He also operates Sparks Media Group, providing 3D virtual tours, photography, and floor plans to real estate and property management clients across Northern California. The WGAN Forms Library exists because Tom and the WGAN community have been navigating the same paperwork problems for over a decade — this is the library Tom wishes had existed when he started shooting.
How we built the library
Every form starts as a real-world template from a working photographer or service provider in our network — then gets edited, formatted, and reviewed for clarity. AI helps us auto-fill previews, tables of contents, and tags, but every form is reviewed by a human before publishing.
