What is the Quote Template?

The Quote Template (WGAN-2026-FORM-QUO-001) is a pre-engagement pricing proposal designed for real estate photographers, 3D tour creators, and reality-capture professionals operating in the U.S. market. It formalizes scope, deliverables, and pricing before a booking is confirmed, and serves as a required precondition to engagement under the WGAN 2026 service agreement family (REC-001, REC-002, REC-003, or PLA-001). When should you use this form?

The Quote Template is used when a photographer or capture professional needs to present itemized pricing to a real estate agent, broker, or builder before any shoot is scheduled. Send it before booking to align on scope, travel, licensing terms, and optional add-ons such as drone photography or virtual staging. It is also required as a precondition when the underlying engagement will be governed by a WGAN 2026 service agreement.

How do I fill out this form?

1. Open the form at forms.wgan.info. Navigate to forms.wgan.info and locate WGAN-2026-FORM-QUO-001, the Quote Template, in the Quote Templates category of the WGAN Forms Library.
2. Enter business and client information. Fill in the From fields with your business name, address, phone, and email, then complete the Prepared For section with the client's name, title, brokerage, and email address.
3. Complete property and quoted line items. Enter the property address, approximate square footage, and capture window date and time, then add each service or deliverable with its quantity, unit price, and calculated amount.
4. Set inclusions and select add-ons. Confirm or adjust the standard travel radius and cloud-hosting period in the Inclusions section, then enter unit prices for any optional add-ons the client has requested, such as drone photography or virtual staging.
5. Set the quote number and validity dates. Assign a sequential quote number in YYYYMMDD-NN format, enter the issued date, and confirm the valid-until date, which defaults to 30 days from issuance.
6. Download and send the completed quote. Review the quoted total and all fields for accuracy, then download the completed PDF from forms.wgan.info and deliver it to the client for countersignature or engagement execution.
