WHEN TO USE THIS FORM
Post these Terms on your website, attach them to engagements that do not use a more specific WGAN form, and reference them as the default fallback for ongoing client relationships. Pair with WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-001 or REC-001 for the binding shoot-specific agreement.
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern every engagement between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] (the “Photographer”) and the client (the “Client”) for photography, 3D scanning, video, drone, floor-plan, and related services. By scheduling, paying, or accepting a deliverable, Client accepts these Terms.
These Terms apply unless a signed engagement-specific agreement (WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-001, REC-001, REC-002, REC-003, or comparable) controls. In a conflict, the engagement-specific agreement controls; otherwise these Terms apply.
Photographer will provide the services described in the quote, intake sheet, or order confirmation. Photographer determines the manner and means of performance. Standard delivery is via cloud-hosted link within [24 / 48 / 72] hours of capture, weather and circumstance permitting.
Fees are as quoted. Deposits, where required, are due on booking and are non-refundable except as provided in §4. Balance is due net [7 / 15 / 30] days from delivery. Past-due amounts accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under the laws of [GOVERNING STATE]. Photographer may suspend hosting and any license until past-due amounts are received. Client will reimburse Photographer for collection costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
