General Terms and Conditions — WGAN 2026 form template.
Last updated
The General Terms and Conditions is a WGAN 2026 master template governing every engagement between a real estate photographer, 3D tour creator, or reality-capture professional and their clients. It covers photography, 3D scanning, video, drone, floor-plan, and related services. Designed as standing website terms and a default fallback contract, it pairs with shoot-specific WGAN forms and applies whenever no more specific signed agreement is in place.
The General Terms and Conditions is appropriate to post on a photographer's website as baseline standing terms, to attach to any engagement that does not use a more specific WGAN shoot form, and to reference as the default fallback for ongoing client relationships. It is also suitable when onboarding a new repeat client before a shoot-specific agreement such as WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-001 or REC-001 is executed.

WHEN TO USE THIS FORM
Post these Terms on your website, attach them to engagements that do not use a more specific WGAN form, and reference them as the default fallback for ongoing client relationships. Pair with WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-001 or REC-001 for the binding shoot-specific agreement.
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern every engagement between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] (the “Photographer”) and the client (the “Client”) for photography, 3D scanning, video, drone, floor-plan, and related services. By scheduling, paying, or accepting a deliverable, Client accepts these Terms.
These Terms apply unless a signed engagement-specific agreement (WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-001, REC-001, REC-002, REC-003, or comparable) controls. In a conflict, the engagement-specific agreement controls; otherwise these Terms apply.
Photographer will provide the services described in the quote, intake sheet, or order confirmation. Photographer determines the manner and means of performance. Standard delivery is via cloud-hosted link within [24 / 48 / 72] hours of capture, weather and circumstance permitting.

Past-due amounts accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under the laws of [GOVERNING STATE]. Photographer may suspend hosting and any license until past-due amounts are received. Client will reimburse Photographer for collection costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
