WHO THIS IS FOR

WGAN members who are looking to grow their photography / 3D-tour business in 2026. This Playbook replaces the 2017 contributed plan and is calibrated to today's platforms, AI-search behavior, and the way listing agents actually find vendors.

1. Your Foundation (Set Once, Reuse Daily)

  • Google Business Profile — fully completed, photos refreshed quarterly, weekly posts, agent reviews on auto-ask after every shoot.
  • Pro website — clear service categories, sample galleries by service type, fast load times, mobile-first, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • LinkedIn for agent prospecting; Instagram + TikTok for craft and local visibility; YouTube for tour reels and behind-the-scenes.
  • Email list — capture at booking; send a monthly digest of recent work and a quarterly tips email to past agents.
  • Pricing page or PDF (WGAN-2026-FORM-BOM-003) — public, no obfuscation; saves both sides time.

2. AI Search and AEO / GEO

  • AI-answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) increasingly answer 'best real estate photographer near [city]' style queries. Optimize for being cited:
  • Structured FAQ content on your site (use FAQ schema).
  • Local-business schema (LocalBusiness, Photographer) on every page.
