What is the Service Menu / Rate Card?

The Service Menu / Rate Card is a client-facing pricing template designed for real estate photographers, 3D tour creators, videographers, and drone operators. It organizes services into tiered packages by square footage, an à la carte section for individual services, a standard inclusions list, and volume or recurring-client discount tiers. The 2026 U.S. general master template uses bracketed placeholders so photographers can insert their own rates before sharing with agents, brokerages, or builders.

When should you use this form?

Use the Service Menu / Rate Card when onboarding a new real estate agent or brokerage, responding to a request for pricing, or standardizing rates across a growing photography business. How do I fill out this form?

1. Open the form at forms.wgan.info. Navigate to forms.wgan.info, locate the Service Menu / Rate Card template in the Real Estate Photography category, and click the template to open the online editor.
2. Enter your business name and date. Fill in your business name, service area, and the effective date of the rate card so clients can identify the correct version when referencing your pricing.
3. Set package and à la carte prices. Replace each bracketed price placeholder in the Photography & 3D Tour Packages table and the À La Carte section with your current rates for every applicable service.
4. Confirm or remove included services. Review the What's Included with Every Booking section and delete or edit any line items — such as the FAA Part 107 or virtual staging entries — that do not apply to your business.
5. Adjust volume discount tiers. Update the Tier 1 and Tier 2 percentage fields and the listing-per-month thresholds to match the discount structure your business actually offers recurring clients.
