This Music Licensing Disclosure documents the music licensing arrangements in effect for all video deliverables produced for a specified property. It is entered into between the Producer — the real estate photographer or video production professional — and the Client receiving those deliverables, and it travels with the finished files as a permanent record.
The Producer identifies the exact licensed music library used — whether **Epidemic Sound, Artlist, PremiumBeat, Musicbed, Soundstripe**, or a custom-composed score — and confirms that an active, valid subscription or synchronization license was in place at the time of production.
The form captures the precise license classification (Standard Commercial, Extended Commercial, Royalty-Free Perpetual, or Custom Sync) alongside a plain-language description of permitted uses such as:
Uses outside this scope — broadcast television, theatrical release, or resale of the music asset itself — are expressly prohibited without a separate written agreement.
Every track title and artist name is recorded by name, giving the Client a concrete reference if a third-party **Content ID** claim ever surfaces on their YouTube channel or another platform. The Producer commits to resolving or disputing such claims within a defined notice window at no additional charge, provided the music was sourced by the Producer.
The Disclosure is clear: if the Client re-edits or swaps music after delivery, the Producer's licensing warranty no longer applies to that modified version. The Producer's total liability for any licensing defect is capped at the fees paid for the project — keeping exposure proportionate and expectations aligned from day one.
