WHEN TO USE THIS FORM

Attach this Addendum to WGAN-2026-FORM-VID-001 (Video Production Agreement) when Client needs to use the produced video beyond the default Permitted Use — for example: paid social ads beyond the listing window, OOH advertising, broadcast TV, or stock licensing.

This Addendum is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] between [PRODUCER] and [LICENSEE] relating to the video deliverables originally produced under [VID-001 REFERENCE].

1. Extended Permitted Use

Producer grants Licensee a license to use the deliverables for the following extended uses (check all that apply):

3. Music and Voiceover Verification

Producer confirms that the music and any AI-generated or stock voiceover used in the deliverables is properly licensed for the extended Permitted Use above. If a music license upgrade is required, the cost is itemized in §5.

4. Restrictions (Carry-Forward + Channel-Specific)

• All restrictions in WGAN-2026-FORM-VID-001 §4 (AI / authenticity / training data) survive and apply.
