Use the Video Production Agreement before filming any paid real-estate or commercial video project — including cinematic walkthroughs, drone B-roll, agent-on-camera segments, social cutdowns (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and voiceover productions. It is appropriate for single-property shoots, recurring agent relationships, and multi-format delivery projects where music licensing, AI-generated content, or aerial footage creates additional contractual complexity.

How do I fill out this form?

2. Enter producer and client details. Type the Producer's legal name, the Client's name, the effective date, and the property address into the designated fields on the online form.
3. Complete Schedule A deliverables. Select or specify each deliverable — cinematic walkthrough formats, aerial B-roll, social cutdowns, voiceover type, and any agent-on-camera segments — using the Schedule A fields.
4. Set fees, revision rounds, and delivery date. Fill in the agreed production fee, number of included revision rounds, cancellation policy terms, and the expected video delivery date in the corresponding sections.
5. Review and confirm all sections. Scroll through all ten numbered sections on screen to verify that music library selection, AI content disclosures, and FAA Part 107 applicability are accurately reflected.
