Video Production Agreement — WGAN 2026 form template.
Last updated
The Video Production Agreement is a 2026 WGAN master template governing real-estate and commercial videography engagements between a Producer and a Client. It covers scope of deliverables, pre-production coordination, music sync licensing, AI-generated content disclosures, FAA Part 107 aerial compliance, intellectual property ownership, talent releases, fees, cancellation terms, revision rounds, and warranty and indemnification provisions. The template is formatted for general U.S. use and references companion WGAN forms for aerial shoots and talent releases.
Use the Video Production Agreement before filming any paid real-estate or commercial video project — including cinematic walkthroughs, drone B-roll, agent-on-camera segments, social cutdowns (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and voiceover productions. It is appropriate for single-property shoots, recurring agent relationships, and multi-format delivery projects where music licensing, AI-generated content, or aerial footage creates additional contractual complexity.
