This Addendum is entered into by and between your photography or video production business ("Service Provider") and your client, and is incorporated into the underlying Video Production Agreement between the parties. In any conflict, this Addendum controls for social-vertical deliverables.
Service Provider agrees to produce social-vertical short-form video content in **9:16 aspect ratio** ("Vertical Reels/Shorts") for the specified property address.

Each Vertical Reel/Short delivered under this Addendum includes:

Service Provider produces a **separate, optimized edit** for each selected platform — Instagram Reels, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts — accounting for safe-zone placement, audio normalization, caption styling, cover-frame selection, and permitted hashtag volume.
Any platform not named in the agreement is expressly excluded. Additional platform edits require a written amendment and additional fees.

A written **Hashtag Strategy Document** accompanies every delivery, including a primary set, a secondary set, and location-based tags tied to the property's market. Platform algorithm performance is beyond Service Provider's control; the obligation covers delivery of the researched sets only.

Upon full payment, Client receives a **non-exclusive, royalty-free license** to publish the Vertical Reels/Shorts on their own accounts on the agreed platforms. Sublicensing or resale to third parties requires prior written consent. Service Provider retains portfolio and promotional display rights unless Client opts out in writing before the effective date.

The addendum base fee covers all deliverables in Sections 2–5 and is due by the agreed payment date. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed hourly. **Rush requests** (turnaround shorter than the standard delivery window) carry a **25% surcharge**.
