This Agreement is entered into between the Photographer and Client for a dedicated twilight and blue-hour photography session at a specified property. The session is precisely timed to capture the 20–30 minute window beginning at civil twilight — one of the most sought-after and technically demanding windows in real estate photography.
The blue-hour window is estimated at approximately **30 minutes** and cannot be extended. The Client is required to have the property fully prepared — lights on, vehicles cleared, staging complete — no later than the Photographer's scheduled arrival time.
The twilight session carries a **separate fee** from any standard daytime photography package. A non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with the balance due before delivery.
Weather is monitored in the **72-hour window** before the shoot. The Photographer will notify the Client by a defined decision time whether to proceed, postpone, or cancel.
If the Photographer misses the blue-hour window due to **equipment failure or Photographer error**, one complimentary re-shoot is offered within a defined window of calendar days — limited to one session, at mutual availability.
