Aerial Services Scope Addendum — WGAN 2026 form template.
Last updated
The Aerial Services Scope Addendum is a 2026 WGAN form template that attaches to an existing Photography Services Agreement or Real Estate Photography Contract whenever a job includes drone photography or video. It documents the specific aerial deliverables ordered, confirms FAA Part 107 compliance posture, records insurance details, captures client acknowledgments, and sets aerial-specific cancellation rules for weather, airspace, or safety conditions — all in a single signed addendum separate from the base contract.
Use the Aerial Services Scope Addendum any time an engagement already governed by a base photography contract expands to include drone stills, aerial video, roof or structural documentation, lot-context overviews, or recurring construction-progress flights. It is especially appropriate when the client, a lender, or an insurance carrier requires written confirmation of Part 107 certification, airspace authorization status, and liability coverage before a flight date is confirmed.
