A professional affiliate partner agreement for real estate photographers and complementary service providers to formalize cross-promotion, referral fees, and co-marketing arrangements.
Last updated
The Affiliate Partner Agreement is a bilateral contract template designed for real estate photographers, 3D tour creators, and complementary service providers — such as home stagers, real estate agents, and floor-plan companies — to formalize cross-referral and co-marketing arrangements. It defines each party's services, sets referral fee percentages and payment timelines, establishes co-marketing rules including brand-use approvals, and governs the term, termination, and survival of earned fees.
The Affiliate Partner Agreement is appropriate when a real estate photographer wants to formalize a recurring cross-referral relationship with another service provider — for example, paying a home-staging company a percentage fee for booked shoots it refers, or receiving fees from a floor-plan service for Matterport leads passed their way. It is also suited for setting up co-branded social campaigns, bundled listing packages, or email newsletter collaborations that require mutual brand-use approval.

This Affiliate Partner Agreement is entered into as of the specified effective date by and between your photography and visual-media business and your chosen affiliate partner — whether that's a home-staging company, a real estate agent, an MLS platform, or a floor-plan service. The Agreement clearly names both parties, their business addresses, and the scope of services covered.
Each party describes exactly which services are included in the cross-promotion arrangement — for example, Matterport 3D tours, drone aerials, and listing photography on the photographer's side, and staging consultations or agent marketing packages on the affiliate's side. The agreement is non-exclusive by default, so both parties remain free to work with others.
Both parties may collaborate on social posts, bundled promotions, email newsletters, and listing presentations. Any material naming both brands requires mutual written approval before publication. A limited logo and trade-name license is automatically granted for the term — and automatically revoked on termination.
The agreement runs for an initial term (e.g., 12 months), then rolls month-to-month. Either party can exit with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the other party commits a material breach and doesn't cure it within 15 days. All earned referral fees survive termination.
