Statement of Work

Statement of Work — WGAN 2026 form template.

Last updated Jul 7, 2026

Disclaimer: This template is for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review it before use.

What is the Statement of Work?

The Statement of Work (WGAN-2026) is a multi-property, multi-week, or multi-deliverable contract template designed for real estate photographers, 3D tour creators, and reality-capture professionals operating in the U.S. It documents a named engagement between a photographer and client, specifying deliverables, milestone-based payment schedules, acceptance procedures, change-order rules, kill fees, and IP ownership. It is intended for use alongside or beneath a master services agreement.

When should you use this form?

The Statement of Work is the right template when a single shoot order form is insufficient — for example, a builder commissioning Matterport tours of 20 model homes, a brokerage contracting a photographer for a multi-month listing pipeline, or a commercial client requiring multi-day documentation across several sites. It is also appropriate when a master agreement is already in place and a project-specific document is needed to define scope, fees, and deadlines for one discrete engagement.

What's included in this template?

  • Project summary with named parties, effective date, and underlying agreement reference
  • Deliverables list table with acceptance criteria and target dates per line item
  • Milestone schedule tying payment percentages to completion events
  • Total project fee, invoicing terms, and net-day payment window (net 15 or net 30)
  • Acceptance procedure defining how deliverables are formally approved
  • Change-order clause governing out-of-scope additions
  • Termination-for-convenience clause with kill-fee structure
  • IP, license, and AI provisions plus warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
