WHEN TO USE THIS FORM

Use this SOW for engagements larger than a single shoot — for example, a builder doing 20 model homes; a brokerage with a multi-month listing flow; a multi-day commercial documentation project. This Statement of Work (this “SOW”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME] (the “Photographer”) and [CLIENT LEGAL NAME] (the “Client”). This SOW is executed under the [UNDERLYING AGREEMENT REFERENCE OR — N/A —] (the “Underlying Agreement”).
