This Agreement governs all real estate photography, 3D virtual tour, aerial/drone imaging, floor-plan, and related visual-media services ordered by the Brokerage **or by any agent operating under the Brokerage's license** during the term. Individual service requests submitted by agents constitute "Orders" and are incorporated by reference — meaning one signed contract covers your entire roster from day one.
Rather than chasing down individual agent invoices, the Service Provider issues a **single consolidated monthly invoice** to the Brokerage. Volume discounts are calculated automatically at month-end and credited to the next invoice:
Late balances accrue interest monthly, and new Orders can be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed grace period.
Upon full payment, the Brokerage and **all of its affiliated agents and offices** receive a non-exclusive license to use Deliverables across MLS submissions, the Brokerage website, agent sites operating under the Brokerage brand, and social media. The license is scoped to the subject property and does not extend to third-party entities or successor brokerages without a written amendment.
The Service Provider retains copyright in all Deliverables and may display them in its portfolio, subject to removal upon a legitimate written privacy request.
The Service Provider provisions a **white-label or co-branded portal** branded for the Brokerage, where agents can place Orders, track status in real time, download media, grab shareable tour links, and review their Order history — all under one roof with a committed monthly uptime SLA.
