WHEN TO USE THIS FORM
Use this Short-Form contract for a routine single-property real-estate shoot with an existing or trusted client. For complex jobs, builder/brokerage volume relationships, or unfamiliar clients, use the flagship Real Estate Photography Contract (WGAN-2026-FORM-REC-001) or the Long-Form contract (REC-003).
This Short-Form Real Estate Photography Contract is between [PHOTOGRAPHER NAME] (the “Photographer”) and [CLIENT NAME] (the “Client”), effective [EFFECTIVE DATE].
Property: [ADDRESS] Capture Date / Time: [YYYY-MM-DD / HH:MM] Approx. sq ft: [XXXX]
Total: $ [AMOUNT]. Deposit: $ [AMOUNT or N/A] due on signing. Balance due net [7 / 15 / 30] days from delivery.
Photographer grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables to market, list, lease, or sell the Property for twelve (12) months or until the Property closes/expires, whichever first. Photographer retains all copyright. No work-for-hire.
Use beyond marketing the Property — builder portfolio, paid ads, brokerage marketing, third-party use — requires a separate license (see WGAN-2026-FORM-REC-004 or WGAN-2026-FORM-PLA-002).
