This Photography & 3D Tour Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] (the “Effective Date”) by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME], a [SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP / LLC / S-CORP] with its principal place of business at [PHOTOGRAPHER ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the “Photographer”), and [CLIENT NAME], located at [CLIENT ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the “Client”).
