This Photography & 3D Tour Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] (the “Effective Date”) by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME], a [SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP / LLC / S-CORP] with its principal place of business at [PHOTOGRAPHER ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the “Photographer”), and [CLIENT NAME], located at [CLIENT ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the “Client”). The Photographer and the Client are each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
1.1 Services. Photographer will provide the photography, 3D scanning, and related capture and delivery services selected in Schedule A (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may include any combination of the following deliverables:
1.2 Capture Location and Date. Photographer will travel to the property or properties identified in Schedule A (the “Property”) on the date(s) and time window(s) scheduled by the Parties (each, a “Capture Date”).
