This Real Estate Photography Contract (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME], a [SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP / LLC / S-CORP] (the “Photographer”), and [CLIENT NAME] (the “Client”). The Client is acting in the capacity of (circle one): Listing Agent · Selling Broker · Owner / Seller · Builder / Developer · Property Manager. The Property covered by this Agreement is located at [PROPERTY ADDRESS] (the “Property”).

1. Scope of Services

Photographer will provide the real-estate-imaging services selected in Schedule A (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may include:

• HDR interior and exterior photography of the Property.
• 3D digital twin or virtual tour capture (Matterport, iGuide, Insta360, Ricoh Theta, Leica BLK, iPhone+RoomPlan, or other capture platform identified in Schedule A).
• Aerial / drone photography or video performed in accordance with FAA Part 107 and applicable state law (see §5 below).
• Video walkthrough, cinematic reel, and social-media cutdowns (horizontal, vertical, and square formats).
• Schematic 2D floor plan or GLA-measured floor plan.
• Twilight / dusk photography, virtual staging, virtual decluttering, and re-shoot add-ons as itemized in Schedule A.
