WHEN TO USE THIS FORM

Use this contract for recurring or volume engagements: a builder doing 20 model homes; a brokerage with monthly listing flow; a property-management portfolio. Includes volume pricing, milestone payments, change-order procedure, SLA-style turnaround, and standing aerial / video terms.

This Long-Form Real Estate Photography Contract (this “Master Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME] (the “Photographer”), and [CLIENT LEGAL NAME — BUILDER / BROKERAGE / PROPERTY-MGMT CO.] (the “Client”). Individual property shoots and deliverables are scheduled under one or more Service Orders referencing this Master Agreement.

1. Master Agreement Structure

This Master Agreement sets the terms governing each Service Order. A Service Order specifies the property, deliverables, capture date(s), fees, and any deviations. In a conflict, the Service Order controls only for that engagement; this Master Agreement controls otherwise.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include real-estate photography (HDR interior/exterior), 3D digital twin / virtual tour capture (platform-neutral), aerial / drone photography or video under FAA Part 107, video walkthroughs and cutdowns, schematic and GLA-measured floor plans, twilight, virtual staging / decluttering, and rush turnaround. Specifics are itemized per Service Order in Schedule A.

3. Volume Pricing and Service Levels

3.1 Volume Tiers. Pricing tiers, minimum monthly volume commitments, and rebate triggers are defined in Schedule B. Tier qualification is reviewed quarterly.
