The Bystander Incidental Appearance Release is a single-page consent document designed for real estate photographers, 3D tour creators, and reality-capture professionals. The Bystander Incidental Appearance Release is appropriate whenever a recognizable person appears incidentally in real estate photography, a 3D virtual tour scan, or aerial drone footage taken at a property shoot — for example, a neighbor pausing on a sidewalk, a contractor visible through a window, or a pedestrian caught in a wide exterior shot. This release is entered into on the **date of the shoot** by your photography business and the bystander who incidentally appeared in your imagery. It identifies the exact **property address** where the shoot occurred and clearly establishes that the Releasor was a background passer-by — not the intentional subject of the session.
