WHEN TO USE THIS FORM
Use this Release when capturing a distinctive private property (interior, exterior, branded interior elements, recognizable architecture, distinctive artwork) for commercial, stock, editorial, or portfolio use. For real-estate listing work the License section of the Real Estate Photography Contract usually substitutes; this Release is for non-listing commercial uses of the property’s image.

Owner grants Photographer and Photographer’s assigns and licensees the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, videograph, scan, and otherwise reproduce the Property and any distinctive interior or exterior features, including branded objects, artwork, signage, and architectural elements (the “Property Materials”), and to use, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, perform, transmit, and license the Property Materials in any medium now known or later developed, for the purposes selected in §3.
