Property Release — WGAN 2026 form template.
Last updated
The Property Release is a WGAN 2026 master template that grants a photographer or producer irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide rights to capture, reproduce, edit, and license images of a distinctive private property — including exteriors, interiors, architectural elements, signage, and artwork — for commercial, stock, editorial, or portfolio purposes. The form identifies the property owner or authorized agent (the Releasor), defines the specific permitted uses, and records consideration exchanged. It is a U.S. general template intended to be adapted to the applicable state.
The Property Release is appropriate when capturing a distinctive private property for any non-listing commercial purpose — such as advertising campaigns, stock photo submissions, editorial features, or portfolio showcases. It is also used for 3D virtual tours, reality-capture scans, and video productions where recognizable architectural features, branded interiors, or distinctive artwork will appear in the final deliverable. For standard real-estate listing work, the license section of a Real Estate Photography Contract typically serves the same function instead.
