The HOA Common Area Release is a legal release agreement between a real estate photographer or 3D tour creator and a homeowners association, signed by an authorized HOA representative such as a board president or property manager. Final edited media is delivered to your client within the agreed turnaround window. The Association is entitled to request a complimentary copy of common-area media for use in community communications and internal marketing. The Photographer retains **full copyright** and a usage license is granted back to the Association for non-commercial community purposes.

Photographers must carry general liability coverage at a minimum per-occurrence amount, with the Association named as an additional insured. Standard mutual indemnification protects both parties from negligence claims arising during the shoot.
