A client-ready iGUIDE capture services agreement for 3D scanning providers covering floor plans, GLA verification, Planitar hosting, MLS licensing, and add-on services.
Last updated
The iGUIDE Capture Agreement is a client-ready service contract for 3D scanning professionals who deliver iGUIDE tours using a Planitar-certified camera system. It defines the scope of a capture session, specifies deliverables including the virtual tour, schematic floor plan, and GLA calculation report, and establishes payment terms, hosting conditions, MLS licensing rights, and liability limits between the service provider and the property client.
Use the iGUIDE Capture Agreement before any paid iGUIDE 3D scanning session — whether for a residential listing, a commercial property, or a rental. It is especially appropriate when the engagement includes GLA measurement under ANSI Z765-2021, BOMA, or a local MLS standard; when the client needs MLS-ready floor plans; or when an exterior photo add-on is being quoted alongside the 3D tour package.

This Agreement is entered into between your business and the Client as of the agreement date. The Service Provider agrees to perform an iGUIDE 3D capture session at the specified property using a **Planitar-certified iGUIDE camera system**, producing a fully processed digital twin, schematic floor plan, and GLA calculation report.
---
Upon completion of capture and full payment, the Service Provider delivers within your stated turnaround window:
---
GLA figures are derived from laser-assisted iGUIDE capture data processed through Planitar Studio. The measurement standard used is clearly stated on the floor plan deliverable. Clients who require a different standard must communicate this **before the capture session** — post-delivery standard changes are treated as billable revisions.
---
Hosting is included for a defined complimentary period from the delivery date. After that window, renewal is available at the Service Provider's then-current hosting rate with **14 days' advance notice**. The template clearly sets Client expectations around Planitar's third-party platform terms and the Service Provider's limited liability for platform-level changes.
---
The Client receives a **non-exclusive license** to use the tour URL, floor plan images, and GLA report solely for marketing the property — including submission to the named MLS and major portals such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Redfin. The license expires automatically upon sale or lease, and reuse for a subsequent listing requires a new booking.
---
An optional exterior photography package can be added at booking for an additional fee, delivering a minimum number of edited high-resolution JPEGs. A return-trip fee applies if weather or site conditions prevent exterior capture during the original visit.
