The Image License Addendum is a 2026 WGAN master template that governs extended, renewed, or standalone re-licensing of real estate photographs and 3D tour deliverables. It defines which works are licensed, the scope and duration of permitted use, applicable fees, restrictions, and attribution requirements between a photographer and a licensee. The template is formatted for U.S. general use and can attach to an existing WGAN Photography & 3D Tour Services Agreement or operate as a fully independent license document.
Use the Image License Addendum when a 12-month license from an underlying WGAN services agreement has expired and the client wants to continue using the deliverables. It also applies when a client needs images for purposes outside the original scope — such as paid advertising, out-of-home campaigns, builder portfolios, or stock licensing — or when a third party, like a brokerage or developer, wants to license images originally created for a different client.

WHEN TO USE THIS FORM
Use this Addendum when (a) the 12-month license in the underlying WGAN Photography & 3D Tour Services Agreement has expired and the Client wants to extend; (b) the Client wants to use the Deliverables for purposes outside the original Permitted Use (builder portfolio, third-party brokerage marketing, paid advertising, out-of-home, stock licensing); or (c) a third party (e.g., a builder, brokerage, or developer) wishes to license images Photographer originally created for a different client. This Addendum may also stand alone where no prior agreement exists.
This Image License Addendum (this “Addendum”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME] (the “Photographer”) and [LICENSEE NAME] (the “Licensee”).
