WHEN TO USE THIS FORM

Use this Addendum when (a) the 12-month license in the underlying WGAN Photography & 3D Tour Services Agreement has expired and the Client wants to extend; (b) the Client wants to use the Deliverables for purposes outside the original Permitted Use (builder portfolio, third-party brokerage marketing, paid advertising, out-of-home, stock licensing); or (c) a third party (e.g., a builder, brokerage, or developer) wishes to license images Photographer originally created for a different client. This Addendum may also stand alone where no prior agreement exists.

This Image License Addendum (this “Addendum”) is entered into and effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] by and between [PHOTOGRAPHER LEGAL NAME] (the “Photographer”) and [LICENSEE NAME] (the “Licensee”).
