This Release is entered into between the Photographer (or their business) and the named Talent, tied to a specific shoot date and property address. If the talent is a minor, a parent or legal guardian countersigns — keeping you legally covered for every scenario.
Talent grants a **worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license** to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and performance across all current and future media formats — including property listing platforms, MLS systems, social media, digital advertising, broadcast, streaming, out-of-home advertising, and trade publications.
